Healthy

The most valuable asset any of us have is good health and like any other item of value it needs to be protected.

Good health is the building block of bountiful life and it can be nurtured through the consistent application of basic principles. There is plenty of wisdom in the timeless sayings 'you are what you eat' and 'move it or lose it'.

Nutrition and exercise are vital to enhancing your health and Confidential covers the conventional (and less well known) ideas and techniques that can help you.

It doesn't matter where you are on your health journey, making a few simple changes can make a big difference to your energy levels and your quality of life.

Like many people, I've had some health challenges in my life.

From being super fit as a member of the Australian rowing team to spending a year in isolation due to highly infectious tuberculosis; competing in the 'longest day' endurance event or bootcamp sessions, I've spent the past thirty years experimenting with diet and exercise to find out what works for me.

That's how I am still picking up new sports (like kiteboarding and trail running) having hit the post 50 mark!

The results of those 'tests' can work for you too.

Best of all, you don't need any special equipment or supplements to make the most of these ideas. Sure, over time we'll cover some of those areas but the most important thing is to make a start towards your health goal and Confidential makes that as easy as possible. You can even start today!

That path is one we'll both be on together so everything I know, experience and learn about creating better health I'll share with you through Confidential.
