Justice & Racism in America

It is almost impossible to assess the presented evidence and conclude that Derek Chauvin intended to kill George Floyd or wanted to cause him serious harm.  

Despite the media campaign of misinformation, powerful evidence emerged during the trial that should have led to an acquittal or (at the very least) both murder charges being dropped.  

One could argue there is a legitimate case for the manslaughter charge but the defence evidence was compelling.
